Family Permanency Program


The Family Permanency Program (FPP) combines clinical expertise with linkages and connections to support services to create an environment for improved familial relationships.

Program Goals:

  • Promote permanency for post-adoptive, post-guardianship,
    and kinship families
  • Improve overall family functioning
  • Improve access to critical community-based
    services
  • Enhancing knowledge and understanding of child’s needs

  • Comprehensive Case Management
  • Crisis Support
  • Education and Support Groups

  • Kinship – Formal or Informal Custody Agreements
