Family Permanency Program
The Family Permanency Program (FPP) combines clinical expertise with linkages and connections to support services to create an environment for improved familial relationships.
Program Goals:
- Promote permanency for post-adoptive, post-guardianship,
and kinship families - Improve overall family functioning
- Improve access to critical community-based
services - Enhancing knowledge and understanding of child’s needs

- Comprehensive Case Management
- Crisis Support
- Education and Support Groups
